Pledger Consulting provides access to Online and MARC databases (including WebLinks Online, LinksPlus Online and LinksPlus MARC) which hold selected websites chosen, and reviewed with annotations, for educational use. Pledger Consulting agrees to the use of our databases by all subscriber institution members (students, their parents and staff) both on the institution premises and at home.
Access to the service must not be available via an open link on the World Wide Web.
Users of the service can access via the Pledger Consulting allocated username and password and member login.
Or
Via a patron’s password protected public link accessed by either the Pledger Consulting automatic login link with subscriber username and password embedded or a narrow IP address range.
Or
Via downloaded MARC records of websites that have been loaded into the library catalogue and then made avalable on the library OPAC or search page on the internet.
Or
Via a unique API key.

Our payment terms are 30 days for schools (with an order form) and 60 days for large education authorities.

For International orders that are being paid by cheque please note that the draft must be in Australian dollars and the bank on which it is drawn must have a reciprocal to ANZ bank in Australia.
Any taxes or duties imposed for orders outside Australia are not the responsibly of Pledger Consulting Pty Ltd.
Pledger Consulting is confident that our products represent good value for money. We are proud to guarantee every book that you buy. You may return the book within two weeks of receiving it for a prompt refund of the purchase price of the book.
The book must be in its original condition.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the title is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include with the books the original packing slip and that it is securely wrapped. Send the package back to the address at the bottom of this page.
For international orders a customs declarations slip is included before shipping by Australia Post. Postage rates are:
$7 per item in Australia
$12 per international order under 500gm.
We will confirm with you the cost of delivery on international deliveries that are over 500gm.
If you require express delivery (by national or international courier) please advise us on pledgerp@weblinksresearch.com.au. We will notify you of the additional cost and the anticipated arrival time.
Once the book(s) have been packed for Australian orders delivery of your book(s) should be received within three days. For International orders your delivery should be received within 1- 6 weeks if sent by Air Mail within 6-12 weeks if sent by Surface Mail. If your order doesn't arrive please contact us at the address below.
